Emtech Electrical is a friendly, professional and highly skilled family run business based in Warlingham, Surrey dedicated to providing reliable qualified professional electricians with over 35 years’ experience in the electrical contracting industry.
Our company has steadily grown and continues to do so, with an estimated 90% of our work coming from recommendations from past and present clients, we believe this is down to our standard of workmanship and friendly manner to each and every one of our clients in which we pride ourselves on.
All of our electricians are Warlingham based with many years experience in the electrical trade. We work in an efficient way and have a great relationship with local suppliers enabling us to have a competitive pricing structure whilst still maintaining a high standard of quality workmanship.

We are happy to give friendly advice on the installation of work you may require. We have a diverse range of clients to which our work takes us from domestic re-wires and extensions to large commercial installations at schools and colleges which includes low energy lighting, emergency lighting, testing /certification and commercial reactive maintenance. We also specialise in carrying out testing and inspection reports for Housing associations, Landlords, domestic properties and commercial installations. As long standing members of NICIEC, and CHECKATRADE we are assessed annually on our workmanship and on safety standards.

At the beginning of 2013 emtech became the main electrical contractor for Addington High school who have now changed their name to Meridian High School, providing emergency call out services and a number of key upgrades to energy efficient and emergency lighting.
Anchor is the largest retirement housing provider in the UK and provides rented and leasehold homes for the over-55’s. emtech look after a number of their sites across Kent and Surrey, providing 24/7 emergency assistance.
Rendall & Rittner are one of London’s largest property management companies. emtech electrical currently provide reactive and preventative maintenance to them.
